Billy Rock Entertainment

Payment Terms and Refund/Cancellation Policy

These terms apply only to deposits, remaining balances, refunds, billing issues, and electronic acceptance for bookings with Billy Rock Entertainment.

These Payment Terms apply only to deposits, remaining balances, refunds, billing issues, and electronic acceptance for bookings with Billy Rock Entertainment ("Company"). Nothing in these Payment Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Deposit and Booking Confirmation

A deposit is required to reserve your booking and will be applied toward the total booking price. Your booking is not final until the deposit is successfully authorized, processed, and received by Company.

If you cancel or reschedule after confirmation, or request a material change that Company does not accept in writing, the deposit becomes a non-refundable reservation fee for the reserved date and time, committed entertainer availability, scheduling, and related booking costs, which are impracticable or extremely difficult to determine at the time of booking. If applicable law requires otherwise, Company will provide any refund required by law.

2. Remaining Balance and Payment Method

Unless Company agrees otherwise in writing, the remaining balance is due in cash upon the entertainer's arrival and before services begin. Electronic payment at the event may not be available.

3. Timing, Performance, and Refund Adjustments

Any refund, credit, or adjustment based on timing, delay, arrival, or performance issues will be governed by the applicable booking confirmation, contract terms, and Company Terms and Conditions, together with applicable law. A chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is not a cancellation method.

4. Billing Concerns and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Company first at support@billyrockentertainment.com or 760-459-2266 so Company can review and, where appropriate, resolve the issue promptly. This request does not apply to suspected fraud, unauthorized use, duplicate processing, or any claim that applicable law allows you to raise directly with your bank or card issuer.

You may not use a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute in bad faith or as a substitute for a cancellation or refund request. A chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute does not by itself cancel the booking or relieve you of valid payment obligations under these Payment Terms.

5. Electronic Acceptance

By checking the box, submitting the booking form, and submitting payment information, you electronically agree to these Payment Terms. Company may retain booking records, confirmation emails, timestamps, IP/device data where available, communications, and payment processor records as evidence of your agreement and of the transaction.

California law governs these Payment Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the payment process.
